CR789 Terms and Conditions – Full Platform Rules

01 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions wherever they appear. Understanding these terms will help you interpret cr789's rules clearly and consistently.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By visiting cr789.ws, creating an account, logging into an existing account, making any deposit, placing any bet, or participating in any game or promotion on cr789, you are indicating your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all cr789 users regardless of how they access the platform — whether through a web browser on a computer, a mobile browser on a smartphone, or any cr789 application. All access channels are subject to the same terms.

These terms supersede any previous versions of terms or informal communications made about CR789's rules. The current version, dated January 2025, is the operative document governing all user activity on cr789.

03 Account Registration

To access betting markets, casino games, and other cr789 features, users must register a verified account. The registration process on cr789 requires a valid Pakistani mobile number for SMS verification. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.

• Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on cr789. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances withheld pending investigation.
• Account registration is personal. You may not register on behalf of another person, nor may you allow another person to operate your cr789 account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cr789 login credentials. CR789 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the account holder failed to protect their credentials adequately.
• CR789 reserves the right to require identity verification at any time. This may include requesting a copy of a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of payment method ownership, or a selfie verification. Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Accounts registered using false information, third-party identities, or fictitious details will be permanently suspended without prior notice and any balance may be forfeited.

CR789 does not charge any fee for account registration. Creating an account is free and there is no obligation to deposit unless the user chooses to do so.

04 Eligibility & Age Requirements

CR789 is an adult entertainment platform. Access to and use of cr789 is permitted only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

05 Deposits and Payment Methods

CR789 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, betting stakes, and winnings on cr789 are denominated in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• Easypaisa – Mobile wallet transfer. Credited instantly.
• JazzCash – Mobile wallet transfer. Credited instantly.
• NayaPay – Digital wallet transfer. Credited within minutes.
• SadaPay – Digital wallet transfer. Credited within minutes.
• IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer) – Direct bank transfer. May take 2–6 hours depending on the sending bank.
• Visa / Mastercard Debit or Credit Card – Processed through our secure payment gateway.

The minimum deposit on cr789 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by cr789, though your chosen payment provider may have its own transaction limits which cr789 has no control over.

CR789 does not charge any deposit processing fee. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply charges that are outside cr789's control. All deposited funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used for operational purposes.

06 Withdrawals

CR789 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. Users may withdraw their available real money balance (excluding pending bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements) at any time.

• The minimum withdrawal amount on cr789 is Rs 200.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of the request being submitted during operational hours.
• Withdrawals via IBFT bank transfer are typically processed within 2–8 hours.
• Withdrawals must be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as the cr789 account. CR789 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• CR789 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or where account activity triggers a security review. This is standard procedure and not an indication of wrongdoing.
• Withdrawals requested while a bet is still active (in-play or pending settlement) will be processed after the relevant bet is settled.

07 Betting Rules

All sports betting and esports betting on cr789 is subject to the following general rules. Category-specific rules (cricket, football, esports) may supplement these general rules and will be displayed within the relevant cr789 betting section.

• All bets on cr789 are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed except in circumstances where cr789 determines a bet was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or manifest mistake in the odds.
• The minimum single bet on cr789 is Rs 50. The minimum accumulator total stake is Rs 100.
• Maximum single bet payout on cr789 is Rs 5,000,000. Bets with potential returns exceeding this limit may be partially accepted or declined at cr789's discretion.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled and not rescheduled within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all bets on that match are void and stakes are returned. In accumulator bets, the voided selection is removed and the accumulator recalculates with the remaining legs.
• In-play bets placed after an event that would materially affect the outcome (e.g., a wicket in cricket, a goal in football) may be voided if cr789 determines the bet was placed after the event occurred due to a data feed delay.
• CR789 reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts on specific markets, events, or for specific user accounts, particularly where betting patterns suggest irregular activity.
• Results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body, competition organiser, or official broadcaster. CR789 does not accept unofficial or disputed results until the governing body makes a final ruling.

08 Casino and Games

CR789's casino games, crash games, card games, and Ludo games operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems that have been independently tested for fairness and randomness. The house edge for each game type is disclosed within the relevant game information section on cr789.

• Game results are final and determined by the certified RNG at the time of play. CR789 does not have the ability to retroactively alter game outcomes.
• If a technical error interrupts a game session (server disconnection, app crash, network failure) before a result is reached, the round is treated as void and any stake for that round is returned to the user's cr789 balance.
• Ludo and card game tournaments on cr789 may have specific tournament rules that supplement these general terms. Tournament-specific rules are displayed before registration for each event.
• Collusion between players in multiplayer games on cr789 — including arranged outcomes, sharing of game information, or coordinated exploitation of game mechanics — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
• Crash game results are determined by a provably fair algorithm. Users can verify the fairness of any completed round using the verification tools available in the relevant cr789 game section.

09 Bonuses and Promotions

CR789 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet promotions, and other promotional offers to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms displayed at the time of the offer.

• The Welcome Bonus is available to new cr789 accounts on their first qualifying deposit. The current offer is a 100% deposit match up to Rs 10,000. Minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500.
• All bonuses on cr789 are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements on cr789 can be fulfilled by placing bets on sports markets (football, cricket, esports, and other sports) at minimum odds of 1.50 per selection. Casino games contribute to wagering requirements at varying rates — typically 100% for slots and 10% for live table games.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings generated exclusively from those bonus funds will be forfeited.
• CR789 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify the terms of any active promotion, or cancel a bonus if misuse or abuse of the promotional system is detected.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, coordinated betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or providing false information to qualify for a bonus — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cr789 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Registering more than one account on cr789 under any name, identity, or payment method.
• Using cr789 if you are under 18 years of age or if you are in a self-exclusion period.
• Using automated scripts, bots, software, or any automated mechanism to access or interact with cr789, place bets, or exploit any feature of the platform.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in cr789 to gain an advantage not available under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any arrangement to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event on which bets are offered on cr789.
• Using cr789 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose. CR789 cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards cr789 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to hack, overload, or otherwise disrupt cr789's technical infrastructure.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification, including using another person's identity or CNIC details.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

CR789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term in this document or any other cr789 policy.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or payment fraud involving the account.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as listed in Section 10.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension of the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the associated balance will be held and not accessible to the user until the investigation concludes. If investigation confirms a breach of these terms, cr789 reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the balance. If investigation concludes with no finding of breach, the balance will be returned in full and the account restored or closed at the user's request.

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting cr789 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real money balance at the time of closure will be returned via the user's preferred registered payment method.

12 Responsible Gaming

CR789 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all users. We believe that betting and gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity, and we take seriously our responsibility to prevent and minimise gambling-related harm.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to every cr789 account holder and can be activated at any time through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap on your cr789 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Requests to increase a limit take 7 days to implement.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set amount of continuous session time on cr789.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your cr789 account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from cr789 for a period of between 6 months and 5 years. Permanent self-exclusion is also available. During self-exclusion, cr789 will not send you promotional communications.

CR789 prohibits the use of the platform by anyone who has self-excluded. If you are in a self-exclusion period and discover you have been able to access cr789, please contact support immediately rather than continuing to use the platform.

13 Privacy and Data

CR789 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using cr789 and creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in that policy.

CR789 does not sell user personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention systems where necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

CR789 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve platform performance and user experience. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of cr789.

Users have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by cr789, subject to legal retention requirements. Data requests can be submitted through the cr789 support team.

14 Amendments to These Terms

CR789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes to the terms will be communicated to registered users via email, SMS notification, or a prominent notice on the cr789 platform before they take effect.

Minor amendments — such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or changes to reflect new product features — may be made without individual notification, and the updated terms will be effective from the date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this document.

Continued use of cr789 after changes to these Terms and Conditions have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using cr789 and request account closure if desired.

15 Governing Rules and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from a user's relationship with cr789, shall be interpreted in accordance with the rules and policies of cr789 as set out in this document and in supplementary category-specific rules available on the platform.

In the event of a dispute between a user and cr789, the following process applies:

1. First Contact: Contact cr789 customer support and describe the dispute in writing. CR789 will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
2. Escalation: If the response does not resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may request a formal review. A senior cr789 team member will review the case independently and provide a written decision within 10 business days.
3. Final Resolution: CR789's decision on matters covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be treated as final for operational purposes. Users retain any legal rights they may have under applicable law.

These terms are written in English (en-PK) and are intended for Pakistani users. In the event of any translation or language inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.

CR789 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate for use in jurisdictions outside Pakistan. Users accessing cr789 from outside Pakistan do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws in their respective locations.
